They were professional and considerate. They arrived on time and worked hard with little downtime once they started working. We recently purchased a home which needed some TLC. As someone who has lived through home renovations, we thought we knew what lay ahead (delays, blown budget, miscommunication, etc). We interviewed several contractors and decided to go with Zamora’s Remodeling and Painting and General Contractor. BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE! We couldn’t be happier- the work was amazing, professional, on budget and on time. Sergio met with us and in one afternoon gave us a comprehensive overview of what the job would entail, complete with an assessment of the budget and time it would take to completion. Not only was the cost of the project more competitive than any of the other contractors we had interviewed, Sergio’s communication from beginning to end was also bar none. Sergio had a dedicated team for our project AND he also personally supervised all the work. Sergio sent texts and pictures at all phases of the project. If there were questions on either side, Sergio provided almost real time responses. My husband and I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed working with Sergio. If anyone is considering getting any work done on their house, your search should start and end with Sergio. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Zamora’s Remodeling was efficient (received quotes either the same day or the next, finished a big job earlier than estimated), helpful (provided some great design ideas for our remodel, including color choices, what options would make our home more attractive to buyers, etc.), and flexible. We initially planned on a master bathroom remodel (removed tile, garden tub and fiberglass shower; replaced with all tile shower and free-standing tub) and ended up with having almost the whole house painted (two stories), window screens repaired, outside shutters painted to match our new front door, and installation of recessed lighting and ceiling fans and replacement of wooden spindles with metal ones on our stairs. Mr. Zamora and his crew can do it all.

Estimate completed within one day. Fair pricing and excellent work. Project was done ahead of schedule. Will hire again.

Sergio and his team were WONDERFUL! My husband and I had just bought this home and moved in only to find a TON of hidden issues done by the previous owner. Sergio’s team came in and took care of EVERYTHING in two afternoons! They had to redo tons of water lines, plumbing, and re-support the stairs, it was so much work they did a wonderful job and tidied up after leaving our home better than they found it. We cannot wait to work with them again on future projects!
